Measurement is the basis of most engineering activities, development, and quality assurance. Our Testing division offers a wide range of measurement and testing services to our partners. Polymeron team of experts with several decades of material testing and material science experience helps develop measurement programs, advises on test specimen production and sample preparation, and performs tests in our well-equipped laboratory with calibrated instruments. The measuring and evaluating experts help in the interpretation of the results and make recommendations for dealing with any problems that may be discovered. The tests include static, dynamic and cyclic mechanical and rheological tests of polymers, metals and composites, as well as various material composition tests, structure tests and micro- and macro-scale geometric measurements. With our work, we help with the inspection of incoming material, periodic quality assurance, the preparation of technical data sheets and the verification of data sheet data, the handling of complaints and the detection of manufacturing defects. We cooperate with various partner laboratories, so the test possibilities are almost unlimited – comprehensive test plans can include electrical, chemical, biological tests and complete product function tests.
